GENERAL TERMS
- Cancellation policy: free within 72 hours before date of arrival, only for reservations made online with credit card guarantee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your arrival date are subject to a 1 night room penalty. The hotel reserves the right to verify your credit card details through the inter-bank circuit. The hotel reserves as well the right to pre-authorize the credit card for the whole amount guaranteed. Refusal to allow the procedure, will allow the hotel to cancel your reservation.
- Payment shall be made directly at the hotel, and it is possible to use a different credit card too.
- All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or in alternative an advance payment shall be made by bank transfer or postal money order. Advance payments cannot be refunded.
- Extra beds: 3rd bed +35% on the price of a double room; 4th bed +35% on the price of a triple room
- Children up to 3 years: free, if sleeping in the same bed as the parents
- Crib: € 20.00 per night
- Breakfast is included in the room price
- Not included in room price: Euro 2,00 city tax per person per night. Children under 10 are exempt.
